PRMA and Healthcare Innovations & Technologies acquires "eMR Anywhere"

Peer Review Mediation & Arbitration Inc. (OTCQB: PRVW.PK), and its wholly owned subsidiaries Healthcare Innovations & Technologies and ProMed Alliance are pleased to announce the acquisition of "eMR Anywhere".

"eMR Anywhere" is an electronic medical record (eMR) system that enables ambulatory care physicians and clinical staff to document the patient encounters, streamline clinical workflow, and securely exchange clinical data with other providers, patients, and information systems. "eMR Anywhere" empowers healthcare providers and patients to access critical information virtually anywhere, anytime.

"This acquisition adds additional technology to our Medical Enterprise Operations System, MEOS. This technology ensures that our patients and providers have the right information at all points of care," stated Willis Hale, CEO of PRMA.
eMR Anywhere was officially certified on September 30, 2011 and attained Complete Ambulatory EHR certification following rigorous and thorough testing in ICSA Labs ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 EHR Certification Program. This allows physician users to qualify for Hitech rewards/Medicare and Medicaid Incentives which could add up to $64,000.

We are excited about helping healthcare providers meet "meaningful use" through eMR Anywhere and the MEOS smart cloud technology platform.  This is an important step towards identifying and solving numerous inefficiencies, reducing the risks and stress of the Business of Medicine.  ProMed Alliance plans on implementing eMR Anywhere's user friendly technology and support in our Accountable Care Organizations, hospitals and our existing network of over 17,500 physicians' practices.

"A critical foundation of ProMed Alliance's plan is our unwavering focus on patient and physician satisfaction. We envision that our integrated technology and care services will engage our patients and physicians in collaborative decision making and information sharing," says Hale.

PRMA is a multi-faceted medical services business development company. PRMA's subsidiaries provide expertise in dispute resolutions, technological and innovative solutions for physician practices.
